Children from the Bulgarche Summer School organized by Detski Ray 2017 Association played and had fun but also read the story of the young boy Stoyko, who learned how to properly dispose of trash in the color-coded containers. The story is told in a large-format interactive book presented at today’s event in Zaimov Park by ECOPACK Bulgaria.

The book teaches children how waste can be collected separately and then recycled so as not to pollute the environment. Everyone read the story, took part in the waste-sorting competitions, and in the end they all left with gifts – books and games.

 

The event was part of the Let’s Forget about Plastic initiative, organized by Sofia Inspectorate and ECOPACK Bulgaria.
