Annual Activity Report
Every year, by 15 February, ECOPACK BULGARIA presents to the Minister of Environment and Waters a report for the preceding year, containing factual findings in relation with the performance of its obligations for separate collection and recovery of waste under the WMA and under the Ordinance. The report is prepared by a specialised audit enterprise within the meaning of the Independent Financial Audit Act, in conformity with the requirements of the effective legislation and the international audit standards.
Based on the information in the reports the Minister of Environment and Waters, by 10 March of the current year, issues an order listing the packaging waste recovery organizations that have proved the achievement of the targets set in the legislation, hence their mambers are product tax exempted.
